中山市雷茵五金制品有限公司(RAYEN) is in Xiaolan, Zhongshan, in Guangdong. We have been making locks here since 1999, and tooling, pressing, assembly and inspection still happen on one site. Xiaolan is China's densest mechanical-lock district — die casting, plating and heat treatment are all within half an hour — so moving a hole doesn't mean chasing three factories.

We make panic exit devices, knob locks, lever handles, mortise cases, cylinders, hinges, glass door fittings, door closers and bathroom hardware — to your drawing, to your sample, or under your brand. When it carries your name on the box, every dimension inside follows the sample you signed off.

That is why every dimension is written down. Hole positions are fixed the moment the tool is cut: the part in the tenth container has to match the sample in your hand.
