OEM / ODM
Custom manufacturing
Made to your drawing, made to your sample, and badged to your brand. The sequence below is the usual one; lead time and tooling cost are quoted per part, not from a table.
Made to drawing
Tooled and produced from your drawing.
Made to sample
Structure and dimensions reproduced from a sample you send.
OEM / ODM
Your brand on our tooling, or a design developed together.
How it runs
- 01
Send a drawing or a sample
A drawing is ideal — DWG, PDF or a photograph. Without one, a sample does the job just as well. What matters is that the mounting face, the hole positions and the spindle size are clear.
- 02
We confirm the structure and dimensions
You get back a checklist: material, backset, door thickness range, plate size, finish. Where we are unsure we ask, rather than assume the common size.
- 03
New tooling, or a change to existing tooling
Close to a tool we already have and a modification does it; a different structure needs a new tool. Cost and lead time are quoted per part, never from a table.
- 04
Sample approval
The sample goes to you and onto a real door before anything is decided. Changing it at this stage is far cheaper than changing it after production.
- 05
Production and packing
Packed to your requirement, including your brand, colour box, instructions and barcode. Carton data before production starts.
